Seán Power

Director
Seán Power is a respected Irish public affairs leader with extensive experience in government, regional development, and Ireland–China relations. He previously served as a Member of Dáil Éireann for more than twenty years and held several Minister of State positions in the Irish Government. His previous roles include Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources; Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children; and Minister of State at the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. In addition to his public service career, Seán has been actively involved in Ireland–China friendship and business exchange initiatives. Through his leadership experience and long-standing public engagement, he has contributed to cooperation in trade, culture, and regional development.

Jack Wang

Director

Jack Wang is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with more than 23 years of business leadership experience in Ireland. His background includes investment facilitation, business development, cross-border project coordination, and international business partnerships.

Since 2016, Jack has focused on energy transition investment and cross-border project development in Europe. He has led and participated in multiple investment projects and has helped introduce Chinese investors and technology partners to opportunities across European and African markets.

Before entering investment consultancy, Jack founded and operated several business ventures in Ireland between 2003 and 2016. Through this experience, he developed strong skills in business operations, supply chain management, and long-term business development.

Jack also serves as Executive Vice President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Ireland, where he supports the development of the Chinese business community and promotes stronger economic cooperation between Ireland, China, and international markets.
